Эта перемена паролей коснётся всех реселлеров, клиентов и пользователей платформы Митсу."



Dear Customer/Resellers,

At Mitsu, it has been our constant endeavor to ensure a secure channel for you to conduct your business. We have accomplished this through various security measures ensuring that your confidential data is is not compromised at any time.

Through our latest initiative, we will be introducing a new password policy as described below. Keeping in line with this policy, we will be required to reset all user passwords across Control Panels.

Control Panels

At 05:30 UTC on 28th April 2009, all passwords will be reset across all user accounts. Once the reset process is complete, the next time our Customers or our Resellers or their customers attempt to login, the system will display a message stating that the password has expired and a new password will be sent to the user's email account. This password change will occur for all Reseller, Customer and Company User accounts on the Platform.


API Users

Please note that API calls with the old password will continue to work until the new temporary password is generated as described above. Once the temporary password is generated, the old password will not work.

Please ensure that you update the new password in your code as soon as the change has gone into effect.

Password Policy

LogicBoxes will be introducing a new password policy whereby every new password must be a combination of alphanumeric characters with a minimum of 8 characters. Additionally, we have also introduced a Password Strength Meter which will allow you and your Customers to gauge the strength of the password.
