Помощь в трансфере от Godaddy

Godaddy заблокировал домен по абузам недоброжелателей.
Домен серый - но незаконного контента не содержит.
Домен содержится в черном списке сайтов, который заработал с ноября, хотя требования их выполнил - убрал контент на который пришла абуза, да и весь подобный. Но не суть , оправдываться не буду.

На просьбу пояснить причину блокировки пришел следующий ответ

 

Dear Sir or Madam,

The xxx domain name was suspended for violating Section 5 of Go Daddy’s Universal Terms of Service, Section 7 of Go Daddy's Domain Name Registration agreement and the "Web Site Content" paragraph of Section 1 of Go Daddy's Hosting Service Agreement.

The relevant passages of these agreements have been provided below:

Domain Name Registration Agreement:

Go Daddy may also cancel the registration of a domain name, after thirty (30) days, if that name is being used in association with spam or morally objectionable activities. Morally objectionable activities will include, but not be limited to: activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which You conduct business; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography; activities that are tortuous, vulgar, obscene, invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; and activities designed to harm minors in any way.

Hosting Service Agreement:

Web Site Content

You shall be solely responsible for providing, updating, uploading and maintaining Your website and any and all files, pages, data, works, information and/or materials on, within, displayed, linked or transmitted to, from or through Your web site, including, without limitation, trade or service marks, images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, email or other messages, meta tags, domain names, software and text. Your web site content shall also include any registered domain names provided by You or registered on behalf of You in connection with the Services. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event You are using ad-supported hosting, in no event shall Your web site consist of the following: search results, registration, "thank you", error, email or chat pages, pages comprised primarily of other advertising or pages that contain any of the following types of content: pornographic, obscene or excessively profane content or content intended to advocate or advance computer hacking or cracking, gambling, illegal activity, drug paraphernalia, hate, violence or racial or ethnic intolerance.

Because of this suspension the domain can not be reactivated.

На просьбы уточнить, показать жалобу или перенести домен - игнор уже неделю. Я так понимаю решать вопрос через годедди нереально или я не умею это делать. Слышал, можно в обход регистратора через ICANN, ведь насколько я знаю домены ком блокируют по решению суда.

Ищу кто поможет за вознаграждение решить доменные вопросы, сам я в английском не силен пользуюсь переводчиком да и опыта нет. Оговорим вознаграждение за труды и в случае успеха, т.е. я заплачу даже за саму попытку если ТС будет с репутацией.

не понял, это что за регистратор такой, который может заблокировать по любой жалобе домен? Я вот напишу на неугодный сайт от такого-то имени жалобу, его там сразу прикроют?

ну насколько я понял - этот регистратор невыносимое говно, в черном списке есть даже у западных доменщиков)) видел сайт анти дади буржуйский))
КАк там можно домены вообще хранить?)) И как они с такой репутацией и делами до сих пор аккредиацию имеют и бизнес ведут? Слышал они даже просто так домены блокируют и деньги вымогают.

А к другим международным доменам это тоже относится?)) Ну попробуй через ICANN, потом опишешь, как получилось, и получилось ли)) Желаю удачи.

Или даже на Википедии. Я думаю вариант вернуть домен только через ICANN, этим упырям писать безполезно))

Если деньги вымогают это хорошо, у меня даже не вымогали.

Фарму например тоже говорят теперь не вытащить с американских регистраторов.

Кто то уже возращал домены через ICANN в обход регистратора? Видел в интернете писали что в отдельных случаях это помогает, но конкретных ситуаций не видел.
