Dear Registrar,



As the result of the pending termination of the accreditation of OpenTLD B․V․, ICANN is seeking expressions of interest from ICANN-accredited registrars that might wish to assume sponsorship of the gTLD names that were managed by this registrar. ICANN intends to bulk transfer the affected gTLD names to a single gaining registrar if possible.



The terminated registrar sponsors approximately 13,555 registrations in total, in the gTLDs attached.



ICANN-accredited registrars who wish to be considered as potential recipients of this bulk transfer should ensure that they are in good standing with regard to all ICANN obligations, accredited in the aforementioned TLDs, and submit an Expression of Interest (see attached) by email to registrar@icann.org by no later than Friday, 22 December 2023.



This request for expressions of interest is made pursuant to the De-Accredited Registrar Transition Procedure posted at https://www.icann.org/en/system/file...11jul13-en.pdf. ICANN reserves the right to entertain any or none of the statements of interest submitted in response to this request and to select or approve a bulk-transfer recipient outside this process.

Имхо, у меня сложилось мнение что ребята тупо завлекали народ низкими ценами, а потом крысили домены создавая видимость постоянных тех. проблем.
