Страницы Вашего сайта в настоящий момент не могут быть проиндексированы нашим роботом из-за установленного редиректа. В поисковой системе Яндекс индексируются и участвуют в поиске только страницы главного зеркала (более подробную информацию о том, какие сайты Яндекс считает зеркалами, Вы сможете получить на странице http://help.yandex.ru/webmaster/?id=995297). В Вашем же случае главное зеркало отдает код перенаправления, соответственно, робот не может его проиндексировать. А цель перенаправления не индексируется, поскольку является неглавным зеркалом. Поэтому, Вам следует снять существующий редирект, а для смены главного зеркала лучше воспользоваться инструментом «Главное зеркало» в разделе «Настройки индексирования“ сервиса Яндекс.Вебмастер. В этом случае главное зеркало Вашего сайта изменится после 1–2 обновлений поисковой базы, а страницы, ранее отдававшие код редиректа, будут проиндексированы и смогут участвовать в поиске.»

Если всё еще актуально, то готов помочь. Правда, не хватает версии платформы.

Логично, что всё что с решетками - не нужно, упрощаем и разбиваем код, убираем защиту от эксплоитов и , кстати, нужно определиться домен нужен с www или нет, потом прописать в этом файле.

Минимальная конфигурация:

Последний блок можно тоже убрать.

Как вариант - переименовать данный файл в "ht.access" он отключится и пробовать индексироваться. Помимо, причина может быть и в "robots.txt".
