Бан DNS в зоне .info.

Проблема вот такая:

12 февраля с утра перестали грузится сайты на восьми доменах зоны .info. К вечеру пришло письмо от регистратора:

к нам поступило письмо о том, что с доменов ( перечислены домены) производится рассылка спама. Уведомляем вас о том, что вследствие этого компания Afilias являющаяся оператором реестра в этой зоне заблокировала домены.

До этого никаких писем с претензиями не было. Доменам по 6-8 лет. Никакого спама, естественно, никогда не было.

На мой запрос регистратор ответил через неделю:

Для удаления из blocklist WS сервиса SURBL на их сайте нужно заполнить следующую форму или отправить письмо с этими сведениями на их «мыло».

На все мои попытки это сделать приходил автоматический ответ, который приведён под формой запроса - мало необходимой информации.

На сайтах забаненных доменов использовались только почтовые ящики почты mail.ru, которые указаны на страницах контактов сайтов.

Почтовые домены и почтовые ящики на хостинге не открывались. Никакие рекламные письма не рассылались.


Непонятно, что нужно указывать в пунктах 9 и 12.


У кого есть опыт общения с SURBL, подскажите пожалуйста.
