GoDaddy’s Network Abuse Department was recently contacted by Afilias, the .INFO registry, with a request that we suspend your domain names due to Internet abuse. Your actions, regardless of your intent or the nature of the abusive actions, threatens GoDaddy's relationship with the registry. The registry oversees domain name registration, if GoDaddy's relationship with the registry were impacted; services to other GoDaddy customers could possibly be affected. Under no circumstances can we allow this to occur, this is unacceptable and a violation of GoDaddy's Terms of Service.


GoDaddy's Universal Terms of Service is located on GoDaddy's "Legal Agreements" page. GoDaddy's Domain Registration Agreement can be viewed by clicking on the "Domain Registration Agreement" link located on GoDaddy's "Legal Agreement" page. GoDaddy's Domain Name Abuse Department determined your domain names to be in violation of these agreements after recently discovering that the domain names listed above have been listed in the Spamhaus.org blacklist.

Spamhaus is an international non-profit organization which provides realtime anti-spam protection for Internet networks. Spamhaus publishes a spam-blocking database, the Spamhaus Block List (also known as the SBL). The Spamhaus SBL is utilized by many ISP's, Corporations, Universities, Government, and Military networks. The Spamhaus SBL currently protect the mailboxes of over 600 million Internet users. GoDaddy itself utilizes the SBL blocklist to protect GoDaddy employees and our customers from servers listed in these databases.

A screen shot of the SBL record implicating your domain names, SBL190623, has been attached to this message for your review.

Regrettably, GoDaddy was also implicated in this same SBL record because your domain names were registered through GoDaddy. Other GoDaddy customers with domain names registered through GoDaddy have been negatively impacted due the actions that caused the blacklisting of your domain names.

This is, of course, completely unacceptable. GoDaddy will not allow your actions to compromise the service we provide to other customers. Your domain names were suspended because of the threat your actions posed to the health of our network and other GoDaddy customers. Additionally, suspending your domain names was required to begin the process of removing the Spamhaus SBL listing affecting our network.

Because of this suspension your domain names cannot remain registered with GoDaddy. Your options are as follows:

Option # 1: Transfer your domain names to another registrar.

If you choose to transfer your domain names to another registrar, we will reactivate your domain names to allow you to do so. However, we first require that you pay a $50 administration fee (Assessed per domain name, 10 domain maximum, plus tax where applicable. Issues involving more than 10 domains will only be charged for the first 10.) before your web sites can be transferred. This fee is used to cover the costs GoDaddy has incurred in addressing this situation.

You will need to provide the following in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your web sites to another web hosting provider within the next 24 hours.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy to charge a $50 administration fee (Assessed per domain name, 10 domain maximum, plus tax where applicable. Issues involving more than 10 domains will only be charged for the first 10.) to the credit card on file for your account (you may want to log into your GoDaddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired).

Option # 2: Allow domain names to remain suspended.

Suspended domain names will not be released for transfer or into the registration pool until they expire and are redeemed by the registry.

PLEASE NOTE

The organization that regulates domain name registrars, the Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers (aka ICANN), has mandated that newly registered domain names cannot be transferred during the first 60 days of their registration period. This requirement was put in place by ICANN to prevent fraudulent transfers and cannot be bypassed or waived for any reason. If your domain name was registered less than 60 days ago you will not be able to transfer it to another registrar. These domain name must be suspended until this 60 day period expires.

Any GoDaddy customer that violates GoDaddy's abuse policies must choose one of these options if they wish to resolve the situation. Your Spamhaus blacklisting is particularly troubling due to the possibility that other GoDaddy customers could be affected. These options are not negotiable. The fees cannot be reduced or waived.

А что было на доменах? Почему спамхаус на них наехал?

Дядя ж вон предлагает - либо платите по 50$ за перенос домена (максимум до 10 штук) к другому регистратору либо смиритесь. Каких-то других вариантов, кроме как разборок со спамхаусом не вижу.

В данной ситуации видимо нужно им сказать, что будете переносить свои домены на другой хостинг.

If the spam problem that caused this listing has been terminated we will normally remove the listing from the SBL without delay.

Коллеги у меня полная *опа! Год с godaddy.com !
Былоб 10 доменов , забыл и съехал. а у меня более 100
Полный Пиз"ец и все сперли!! Уважаемые мной колеги предлагают DDOS атаку ну чтоб не расслоблялись !
А вобще есть варианты по мирному вернуть домены ????

Не знаю насколько DDOS мирный вариант, но если написать жалобы в ICANN и BBB для них это больнее будет. Они ведь на что надеются, что у вас не будет денег на серьёзного адвоката или желания побороться. Если вы не спамили никого и там хорошие домены, конечно стоит побороться.
Начать можно с письма в spamhaus, с объяснениями почему случился спам и что вы сделали чтобы пофиксить эту проблему. Если написать что-нибудь про shared hosting, где хостились вместе с вами не хорошие спамеры, а сейчас вы перешли хоститься в другое место, все может получиться. Если добиться исключения из их списка, то есть хороший шанс вернуть домены.

imho, из пару миллионов коллег, тех кто "дружит" с дядей, проблем никогда не возникало, если только по мелочам.
Я с 2007 года с ним (хотя в последнее время все от него бегут и я тоже)

А вообщем или как говорят по доброму, - Ребята давайте жить дружно
