Проблема с бывшим владельцем домена

Для инфо - деньги за два домена, которые я переводил 609, я обратно так и не получил (что и ожидалось). Ну, если человек не держит слова, это не человек, его можно вычеркнуть и отправить ф топку.

Домены, после того как я увидел два разных имени в whois, я брать не стал. Из за 60 долларов иметь потом проблемы и тратить время на написание писем обманутым владельцам не хочу. Мое время дороже стоит.

Хороший мне урок на самом деле. Для себя я решил:
- всегда проверять whois; если стоит privacy, просить убрать
- не покупать домены у только что зарегистрированных пользователей
- перед покупкой посылать имэйл на адрес в whois с целью получения подтверждения от администратора домена

Будут еще советы как уменьшить риски при покупке домена у частного лица?

Извините, что я не говорю по-русски. Но я первоначальному владельцу grassy.net. Мой домен был украден, и я собираюсь вернуть его. EstDomains предоставила информацию в Enom регистратора. Я получу свой домен обратно. Кому-нибудь узнать контактные данные человека, который украл мой домен, а затем продал его? Может быть, это 609 человек? Это смешно. Я купил эту лет назад для моей семьи фотографии и журнал. Я обратившись различных ведомств в отношении мошенничества. Я удивляюсь, что еще является незаконным, что делается с grassy.net из hqhost.net сейчас, что украден, и не вернется ко мне еще.

Sorry that I do not speak Russian. But I am the original owner of grassy.net. My domain was stolen and I am going to get it back. Enom has agreed that my domain was stolen on 14-DEC-2007. EstDomains has provided information back to Enom registrar. I am waiting patiently for EstDomains to transfer it back to Enom and me.

I had it locked and it was transferred without my authority. I plan to pursue this until I get my domain back. This is ridiculous. I bought this years ago for my family photographs and journal. I am contacting various agencies regarding fraud. I wonder what else is illegal is being done with grassy.net from hqhost.net now that is stolen and not back to me yet.

Does anyone know the contact information of the person who stole my domain, then sold it? It sounds like this 609 user was the person who stole it then resold it? Would anyone have a contact for this person?

I am a bit confused trying to understand this whole thread. All I can tell is that this is a discussion on my stolen domain. I had been the only owner of this domain ever until mid-December when it was stolen.

Dear Richard,

Since you have been an initial owner of this domain you should have absolutely no problems getting it back. I don't think that investigating this issue any further will bring you any positive results, though.

Since I am a financial director of one company that is doing business in Chicago, I can clearly state that all freakin' fraud is coming from overseas! Mostly RUSSIA!

Even thought I was born in Russia I hate it with all my guts

Suggestion: Never register any domains at EstDomains.com because it is a place where all carders steal domains from. It is run by suspicious people, that don't give a damn thing about your domains and can do nothing to prevent fraud.

Крадут отовсюду, но я на своём личном опыте знаю как долго и неохотно решаются проблемы клиентов в компании, которая зарабатывает копейки с регистрации доменов. Поэтому и не советую пендосам регистрировать домены у естов.

Hi Richard,

I have the email of user 609: micalostre@mail.com. His webmoney.ru account (wme, i.e. in euros) is WME: E301776889957. Frankly speaking, I doubt it will help.

609 offered me two domains for purchase: egvu.com and pgzn.com. I paid him $60, but then I saw that these domains belong to different persons (also in the USA) and understood that the domains are stolen. I refused accepting them, but clearly, did not get any refund from 609.

Basically he has stolen these $60 from me and if I one day get his contact details I will also take some actions against him.

Well, it was a good lesson to me - not to bid on domains at auctions/forums before actually checking if the domains are sold by the real owner.

Wish you getting your domain back as soos as possible.

Есть идея как можно отследить продает ли кто нить ваш домен, пусть не со 100% уверенностью, но по крайней мере процентов 70 точно, Alex как с Вами можно связаться чтобы обрисовать свою идею ?

Thanks, Vlad. Once my domain is back, then I will be persistent as I can in trying to follow this person around and his accounts closed. I am open to pursuing other legal channels as well. People like him are disgusting.

I hope you can get your money back as well. So, you are not the one using grassy.net at the moment, correct? It is currently being used for mp3 downloads and some porn links. I wonder if the domain is being used to rip off money from others at the moment. If so, then perhaps authorities will be more interested in pursuing the person for criminal activities?

Yes, it is correct that I never used Estdomains. I had it with Enom and it was transferred illegally to Estdomains. I should eventually get the domain back, but it is taking longer than hoped. Part of the issue is Estdomains. Enom has to work with Estdomains to get it back. It should be quick, but they are going slow. ICANN or other areas may need to get involved, but again slow due to all the administrative channels. If Estdomains took the high road, they would give it back right away as fraud has been verified by Enom as well as me. Alas, hopefully patience and persistence pays off.
