If you do not register the domains, not with nic.at or any ISP, please send us a written explanation, signed by the domainholder.
In this explanation you have to confirm, that you never register these domains with nic.at or any ISP. And you also never delegate someone with the registration.
After receipt of this explanation, wi will contact the ISP and verify if it is a case of defraudment.
If you registered the domains with an ISP you have to cancel the contract also with nic.at.
The domain holder can initiate a domain cancellation by sending a written document signed by the domain holder. You can use our cancellation form (available at
) and send it via fax or e-mail (scan) to nic.at. We will gladly complete the cancellation as soon as we receive the proper document.
