Пытаемся приобрести домен зоны info через SEDO.
Текущий владелец - частное лицо, регистратор - NameNation.com
Наш регистратор - RU-CENTER
Операция зависла на этапе Transfer in progress. Идет переписка следующего содержания:

Hello,
Transfer request has been sent to our registrar in 2010-02-01 09:50:42 (MSK).
Registrar:Regional Network Information Center (RUCENTER-REG-RIPN).
Current state of the request: WHOIS_MANUAL (though I'm not sure this information has any meaning for you).
If we've done something wrong, don't hesitate to inform us.

The seller has access to this email address. If they change the email address his registrar will lock the domain for 60 days.
If you wish to assume control immediately, I suggest you create an account at www.namenation.com and provide me with the account number and the email address set up with the account.
After 60 days, you will be able to transfer the domain out on your own accord.
Please let me know if this is acceptable.

(мы долго пытались понять, что имел в виду Sedo, и в итоге предполагаем, что в первом предложении пропущено not, т.е. The seller has NOT access)

RU-Center sent request 12th of February. Did seller get our request or not? Did Ru-Center need to send some other requests and to what adresses?
How much time does it takes for seller to process all requests?

Seller has not received any requests to transfer the name.
My recommendation is that you create or allow us to create for you an account at GoDaddy.com to complete this transfer and turn it over to you immediately.

Как я понял, продавец не имеет доступа к мылу, которое указал при регистрации домена, а смена мыла влечет блокировку домена на 2 месяца. Ру-центру нужен ответ с мыла, указанного в Whois. При этом владелец может перевести домен на другой аакаунт того же регистратора, и даже другого регистратора "GoDaddy.com"

Вопросы:
1. Правильно ли я понимаю ситуацию?
2. Как лучше поступить?
3. Где могут возникнуть проблемы?
