Вот что в панели на name-com про мой tel пишут:

We will forward all USPS Express, certified, or registered mail we receive to the registrant mailing address associated with the domain name in our database. You can choose to forward or ignore email correspondence for this domain name. With our Private Whois service, you are the owner of the domain name and remain in complete control.
TLD does not support private whois.
Словом, всё хорошо, пишут, можно включить прайвеси и тогда мы вас спрячем от whois и так далее...
А вот в самом последнем предложении они уточняют: "TLD не поддерживает функцию 'private' whois".
