Этот срабатывает, но оплатить не дает.. Написали в поддержку, те ответили, что мол тоже ограничение по региональному признаку, опять написали в поддержку со скриншотом, что мол если есть ограничение по регионам - пусть пишут в условиях кода, а раз ничего не указано, то должен работать... Жду, что ответят
