NameJet бортанул?

Вчера прошел бекордер.
Денежку сняли с кредитки. Кредиткой пользуюсь и в палке и в снапнаймс.
Письмо пришло, что все зашибок, денег сняли:

Смотрю баланс кредитки, денег не вернули, домен отменили. Что за хрень простите?

Я же выиграл? - выиграл. Оплатил? - оплатил. В чем проблема?

Что-то не так с информацией в аккаунте. Вероятно неполные данные для регистрации домена на ваше имя. Заполните данные. Если данные заполнены, обратитесь в суппорт, пройдите доп. валидацию. И попросите домен с аукциона снять.

Инфо по аку заполнено как и в снапнаймс. Там проблем нет, домены не раз брал.
Тем более если что-то нет, спрашивается чего деньги то сняли.

Я конечно же написал в суппорт, сканы прикрепил документов, распечатал заполнил verify договор. Но пока молчание =(

Это правильный ход.
Ждите сутки, проверяют придирчиво.
Но, в любом случае, домен уже не вернут. Верифицируйтесь и забирайте его с паблика. Если он достался по минималке на перехвате, то и на аук, скорее всего, никто не придет.
А деньги банк разморозит после 30 дней. Они у вас на счету, вы просто их не видите (они заавторизованы), можете позвонить в свою банк и удостовериться в этом.

Печально =( Согласитесь, бывают четкие транслиты, которые "прощелкивают" в огромном листе pending delete =)

А вот насчет "не вернут", я все равно помучаю их суппорт =) Написали что аук выиграл - будьте добры, вручите домен. Если что-то с инфой не так, нечего ставить победителем.
